What we're all about...

Since 1976, Bold Earth has served more than 20,000 families through our adventure and travel programs. Our itineraries are designed to maximize fun, foster personal growth, and create close-knit communities. Trips are between 12 and 21 days long and provide the opportunity to explore the world's best places! Bold Earth alumni have surfed in Santa Cruz, scuba dived in Fiji, ziplined in Hawaii, mountain biked in Colorado, rafted the Grand Canyon, hiked in the Alps, explored glaciers in Iceland, visited temples in Thailand, and more! No experience is necessary to join any of our programs. We believe that multi-week adventures and challenge in a small group (14 students max) create the best kind of memories.

Participants travel to and from the starting/ending location of their program, where they are greeted at the airport by their trip leaders and taken on an adventure of a lifetime. Many of our students come alone, and we limit the number of pairs that come together on a trip to ensure we have an inclusive, cohesive community free of cliques. Most of our programs include an element of community service, and many of our students use their service hours for college applications and school requirements.

Most families find that speaking with a member of our office team is the best way to learn more about Bold Earth. We look forward to connecting with you soon!

Be Bold. Be Kind. Be Yourself.
